# Proptivity > Proptivity is an independent indoor mobile infrastructure provider operating across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the UK and Italy. We design, build and operate shared in-building systems that deliver 4G and 5G from all mobile operators through a single installation, under one agreement with the property owner. The industry term for this model is neutral host: Proptivity holds no spectrum, serves no subscribers of its own, and every operator connects on equal terms. Key facts: around 80% of mobile data traffic is generated indoors (Ericsson Mobility Report), yet fewer than 5% of European commercial buildings have dedicated indoor mobile infrastructure (Proptivity analysis). Proptivity launched the world's first shared high-performance indoor 5G system open to every operator (Krejaren 2, Stockholm, with Fastpartner and Ericsson), delivered the UK's first high-performance indoor 5G of this kind (Folgate Building, London, with EE first live), and completed the first commercial deployment of digital operator connection, where operators connect their own baseband digitally into shared infrastructure (Haakon VIIs gate 2, Oslo, with Braathen Eiendom and Telia). > Key pages, research and guides from Proptivity: ## Core pages - [What we do: indoor mobile infrastructure](https://proptivity.com/indoor-mobile/): How shared in-building 4G and 5G systems work, what they replace, and Proptivity's service model - [Projects](https://proptivity.com/projects/): Live deployments across Stockholm, Oslo and London with the property owners and operators involved - [About Proptivity](https://proptivity.com/about-us/): Company background, team and industry firsts ## Research and reports - [Attractive London offices and the indoor mobile coverage gap](https://proptivity.com/2026/06/29/attractive-london-offices-and-the-indoor-mobile-coverage-gap/): 280 Grade A and B London offices measured with Ookla Cell Analytics™ data; only 7% deliver reliable indoor coverage, and the greenest, largest buildings perform worst - [The case for neutral host: closing the indoor connectivity gap](https://proptivity.com/2026/04/21/report-the-case-for-neutral-host-closing-the-indoor-connectivity-gap/): White paper on why outdoor networks cannot serve modern buildings and why shared infrastructure is the structural answer - [Shared indoor infrastructure: the Nordic regulatory landscape](https://proptivity.com/2026/04/22/report-shared-indoor-infrastructure-the-nordic-regulatory-landscape/): How Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland regulate shared indoor mobile infrastructure; no Nordic country has a regulatory barrier to neutral host deployment ## Guides and explainers - [Why is mobile signal poor in my office building?](https://proptivity.com/2026/07/06/why-is-mobile-signal-poor-in-my-office-building/): Why modern energy-efficient buildings block mobile signal, why 5G makes indoor coverage harder, and what fixes it - [What is shared indoor mobile infrastructure?
