Ragde Eiendom brings 5G indoors at flagship Oslo property with Proptivity infrastructure

Ragde Eiendom has selected Proptivity to deliver seamless indoor mobile coverage at its new headquarters on Sannergata 2 in Oslo. The building, currently undergoing a major redevelopment and expansion, will be completed in 2025 and feature full indoor 4G and 5G coverage from all three public mobile operators in Norway: Telenor, Telia and ICE.

Located in Oslo’s dynamic Grünerløkka district, the Sannergata 2 project spans nearly 24,000 square meters of premium office, retail, and restaurant space. As Ragde Eiendom’s future headquarters, it’s both a flagship development and a statement about the future of sustainable and digitally enabled workplaces.

The project is targeting BREEAM-NOR “Excellent” certification and holds an Energy Grade B – reflecting Ragde’s focus on long-term sustainability and value.
