Telecom expertise meets real estate innovation

Built by people from McKinsey, Tele2, BT and Ericsson, and backed by the leading property group in Nordics. We design, build and operate the indoor mobile infrastructure that modern buildings need.

First in the world to launch a shared, high-performance indoor 5G system any operator can use

At Krejaren 2 in central Stockholm, with Fastpartner and Ericsson, we became the first independent infrastructure operator anywhere to open a high-performance indoor 5G system to every mobile operator, delivering gigabit speeds to everyone in the building.

First independent operator to bring high-performance indoor 5G to the UK

At the Folgate Building by Liverpool Street, we delivered the UK’s first high-performance indoor 5G of this kind, with EE the first operator live and a wider rollout following our agreement with BT Group.

First in the world to deploy the new digital operator connection

At Haakon VIIs gate 2 in Oslo, with Braathen Eiendom and Telia, we completed the first commercial deployment of digital operator connection, where operators connect their own baseband digitally into our shared infrastructure.
