Proptivity, Europe’s leading provider of high-performance shared indoor mobile infrastructure, announced the agreement to equip John Ugelstads House with advanced mobile coverage. The new building is an expansion of Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park, and scheduled for completion in late 2025.
The Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation Park brings together world-class research, laboratories, training facilities, offices, and innovation activities within cancer treatment and life sciences.
“At Oslo Cancer Cluster, world-class teams work side by side every day. They need to share knowledge quickly and securely, whether in a lab, an office, or a meeting room. That’s why high-performing indoor coverage is as important to the building as the labs themselves,” said Marius Håbu Kristoffersen, Senior Technical Manager in Pareto Business Management.
Christoffer Lundgreen, CEO Norway of Proptivity, said: “We’re proud to contribute to such an important national project. This deployment shows how high-performance indoor mobile infrastructure can support world-leading cancer research while also creating long-term value for the building and its tenants.”
By deploying Proptivity’s fully digital, energy-efficient small-cell infrastructure, John Ugelstads House will provide secure, operator-grade connectivity throughout the building, with the flexibility to upgrade to future mobile generations as new needs emerge.
High-performance indoor coverage enables seamless collaboration and reliable digital services, while energy-efficient infrastructure keeps the building ready for future technologies.
The agreement at John Ugelstads House adds to Proptivity’s growing footprint in Norway and across Europe, where the company partners with property owners to deliver future-ready indoor mobile coverage for next-generation workplaces.
