Jorcks Ejendomsselskab is taking a major step in digital connectivity by partnering with Proptivity to bring state-of-the-art indoor 5G infrastructure to Jorcks Passage. Telenor, Norlys (former Telia), and 3 are already live, with TDC coming soon, making Jorcks Passage the first commercial building in Denmark to offer seamless, high-performance mobile coverage from all public operators indoors.

Visitors and tenants will enjoy fast, reliable mobile signal throughout the building regardless of which operator they use. For retailers, having high-performance connectivity across their stores makes it easier to roll out new digital experiences and more cost-effective to manage them. Features like real-time inventory checks, virtual try-ons, interactive displays, or QR-based offers can now be introduced without the usual connectivity hurdles.

For office tenants, 5G offers a more flexible and secure way to stay connected: truly mobile-first. Employees can use 5G-enabled laptops and smartphones across the building, reducing reliance on fixed Wi-Fi and staying connected even in meeting rooms, lounges, and shared spaces. Whether it’s video calls, collaboration tools, or secure remote access, everything just works wherever they are.

“We’re excited to bring next-generation mobile infrastructure into such a historic building,” says Bjarke Bendix Cloos, CEO of Jorcks Ejendomsselskab. “Partnering with Proptivity allows us to offer both tenants and visitors a better digital experience and to future-proof Jorcks Passage as one of Copenhagen’s most attractive and connected locations.”

Proptivity is Europe’s leading Indoor Mobile Infrastructure Provider, enabling buildings to deliver full 4G and 5G signal indoors from all major operators. The solution is operator-neutral and shared, which means tenants get reliable signal without the cost or hassle of installing their own systems, and building owners can meet modern digital expectations across every square metre.

“Our role is to secure high-quality indoor infrastructure and to make sure mobile just works for everyone,” says Mikael Lundman, CEO of Proptivity. “We’re proud to work with Jorcks Ejendomsselskab to support both their heritage and their vision for the future and to offer the opportunity to take full advantage of the latest technology. This is exactly the kind of building that shows what high-performance mobile infrastructure can enable.”

Jorcks Passage remains a key landmark building in the center of Copenhagen, now with the connectivity to match its ambition.
