Haakon VIIs gate 2
Project description
Haakon VIIs gate 2 is a fully renovated office building in the heart of Vika, Oslo’s central financial district, between Rådhuset, Nationaltheatret and Konserthuset. Originally designed by architect John Engh and built in 1958, the property combines its distinctive functionalist character with high-quality materials, curated interiors and a warm, service-led environment that makes a strong first impression.
Owned by Braathen Eiendom, the building reflects a focus on long-term value, quality and sustainability. A 2025 upgrade introduced modern, energy-efficient windows while preserving the original architecture, delivering a future-ready workplace with staffed reception, meeting and event spaces, an in-house restaurant, gym and wellness facilities in one of Oslo’s most central locations.
